You've gone too far!
Melody stood in her dining room after a long day. She was currently checking her messages in her cellphone.1

"Hello, Melody, This is Patrick. I want to call you to apologize for our fight two months ago. I know I was wrong. You are probably mad at me right now, you probably hate me, but I thought the right thing to do is apologize. I am really sorry for our fight and the whole mess I made two months ago, I know it's wrong and I know it's not my first apology either, but I thought I oughta. So, If you want to call me back the numbers 4457-368-4237. I'll call you back tonight because I hope to talk to you. Well, by then, melody." Melody closed her phone fuming. So, this idiot, this complete nutcase thinks he can create drama over and over again and expected to be forgiven? Melody didn't think so. She had given him too many chances and that fight two months ago was the limit for her. She sighed, walked over to the couch in the living room, and sat down on the couch reminiscing. The exact scene of that long day came flooding in to her mind.2

Patrick had once again created drama. They were in a restaurant eating lunch. Then it happened. Patrick started a fight with the group and the group of friends separated quickly. Most of the group members were unhappy3

once outside the restaurant melody confronted Patrick. She glowed red and her mood was definitely not happy. She looked frightful. Patrick's vigor matched her fierce determination to confront him because of how angry she was.4

"I had enough of your silly fights, Patrick! All you seem to care about is your fights. You like the drama, and you like to display your fights." Melody glowed with rage. She looked ready to pounce on Patrick now. Patrick looked around defensively a bit nervous. 5

"Me, enjoy fights?" Patrick roared, "You must be crazy, woman!" He positioned himself in a fighting position.6

Melody said angrily, "Yes, you. You fight every time you're with me, and things just don't turn out right! It's like you deliberately want to show off because after your fights you want to brag about it! You look so confident, and you give me this disgusting, Ha, I done it look!" Melody sighed almost emitting an angry roar. She got closer to Patrick.7

Patrick responded outraged, "Me, like to fight? How about if I just happen to be involved in situations where I need to stick up for myself?" Melody looked Patrick in the eye frustration clearly shown in hers. Why did he have to be hard to deal with every time they went out or almost every time? It just wasn't right.8

"Ha,like I'll believe that. Isn't it more like you start them? You just enjoy attention," she said sighing heavily, "look, I don't have all day, lets just call it finished. I am tired of you and your drama fests." With that Melody stalked away, leaving a very red Patrick. Melody sat on her couch thinking a little longer, and then the phone rang. She glanced down at the number and sure enough, it was Patrick's number. She reluctantly flipped open the phone just wanting this whole thing to be over and done.9

"hello....," she said dryly not wanting to give him any hints. She didn't need him thinking she wanted to become friends with her again.10

"look, melody, I am sorry. I wanted to apologize for the fight we had two months ago, and I hope you got my message I left earlier today," He said very fast and nervously. Melody noted his tone of voice and almost chuckled.11

Melody asked slowly, "You didn't think I forgotten about the fight? do you?" She shifted the phone in her hands and stood up as this was angering.12

"No, of course, I didn't. I just thought I'd apologize, I just wanted to say I am sorry. I just wanted to resume our friendship. I am sorry, I am really really sorry, melody. Look, what else do you want me to say," Patrick said desperately now. Melody pasted up and down her living room, wishing she could get rid of him. Even if she had blocked his number, he'd probably find her in the city somewhere, or call from another phone. He was just a desperate man, but a very dramatic one too.13

"no, I don't wish for you to say anything more. Your sorrys mean nothing. You say that too much. sorry is too late and it's not enough. I am just done with you. I had enough. I am so over your fights and drama. You just went too far. You can't do anything. Now, please, hang up, and never try to find or reach me again," she said frustrated.14

He pleaded desperately, "but.... Melody.... please.... I am sorry,"15

"No, means no, Patrick. Now hang up before I can do anything."
Author notes
This was inspired by an online fight I had with a boy I had talked to.
